Hi, I’m Chef Franny, the owner and baker behind Franny’s Freedom of Sweets.
My love for baking began when I was just 9 years old, stepping into the kitchen with a whisk in one hand and curiosity in the other. What started as a childhood passion grew into a lifelong dream—learning family recipes, experimenting with flavors, and discovering how something made from scratch could bring so much joy to others.
That passion eventually led me to pursue a Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary Arts, where I developed the skills and techniques to elevate my baking while holding on to the homemade touch that makes every dessert special.
Today, Franny’s Freedom of Sweets is built on one simple belief:
Every dessert should taste like it was made with love.
From rich, fudgy brownies and gourmet cookies to handcrafted blondies, macarons, and seasonal favorites, everything is baked from scratch in small batches using premium ingredients. No shortcuts. No cutting corners. Just quality you can taste in every bite.
